This is the letter that came out of the blue telling us that these guys think they found something on one of our web sites with the old logo on it. When we proved those images did not exist on our sites they shifted to say that we are responsible for myspace, youtube, and Amazon images over which we have no control. This is another violation of our Settlement Agreement with them.  The biggest violation is that even if we did have old images on our site, the Settlement Agreement allows for a 30 day cure period to fix accidental postings. We never would have signed the agreement without that.
