Realizing Variety’s lawyers have no interest in settling, but only in dragging on litigation, we tell them they are lame and we decide to act as our own attorneys and just fight them in Delaware and win. Notice how we sent them a settlement that could be agreed to and signed. Instead of a compromise, or an attempt to meet us part way, they said we should go hire accountants to prove we don’t have the kind of money they are interested in taking from us. This is called BAD FAITH NEGOTIATING. We made a good faith offer. They took the whole thing backwards. And it’s proof that the images they complain about do absolutely no harm to their clients. They have never sent one take down notice to person who has ever posted one.
