This had to be done to combat what is essentially an intimidation tactic and in our opinion outright extortion, in other words,  “If you don’t give us $75,000 we will sue you in a very expensive venue that you can’t afford to pay attorneys to fight us in. They were right, so we represented ourselves. Our bassist Joe Escalante is an attorney, but not that kind, and he’s not admitted to the Delaware Bar anyway.  Don’t try this at home.
