The Vandals file answer to Reed Elsevier / Daily variety lawsuit in federal District court in los angeles
Since losing in Delaware didn’t scare off Reed Elsevier and The Daily Variety, The Vandals had to file an answer denying the claims of which they are accused. At this point, we are prepared to go to trial. Why not? We want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
